Prepayment of the deposit is required to confirm booking. Deposit is to be paid through the website via credit or debit card. Deposit transaction will show on your statement from Ride On Q Ltd.

Ride On Q Ltd. reserves the right to cancellation and will advise clients as soon as possible of any cancellation. In the case of cancellation by Ride on Q a full refund will be given.

 

If one of Coronet Peak or The Remarkables close the mountain we will transfer your booking to the open mountain. If you choose not to go to the open mountain there will be no deposit refund. 

 

If Coronet Peak and Remarkables both close there will be no deposit refund but where possible we will transfer your booking to another date. 

 

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before departure will receive full deposit refund. Refunds will only be issued via the original booking channel.

 

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before departure will receive no deposit refund. 

 

No responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage to any personal property, including skis and snowboards placed on the roof racks of the vehicle. Ride On Q Ltd. 

 

In the event that Ride On Q Ltd. is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Agreement because of acts of God, weather, strikes, vehicle failure or other causes beyond its reasonable control, Ride On Q Ltd. shall not be liable to any other party for any losses or additional expenses resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.

 

These terms and conditions are to be read subject to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 and do not affect the customer's rights as expressed in the Acts.
